Again, apologies that the workshops were so rushed and the conditions not necessarily perfect for training. Here are two handouts which should hopefully help a bit.
1) a beginners guide to using twitter (including links to other good introductions to twitter sites)
2) a general basic handout which covers some of the other social media tools I discussed in the workshop.
